Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of YourGiftPro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

YourGiftPro helps you remember important dates and arranges gifts for the people you choose. About three weeks before each date we research a shortlist of gift ideas within your budget and email it to you. Nothing is purchased until you approve a specific gift.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Approvals, payment & charges

• You add a payment method that we store securely via Stripe.
• We charge your card only after you approve a specific gift (or after you have explicitly opted in to let us choose on your behalf for a given date).
• The price shown at approval is the price charged, inclusive of shipping. Where a separate service fee applies, it is included in that shown price, not added afterward.

4. Cancellations & changes

You can skip any date or cancel a gift before it ships. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, though returns may be possible subject to the vendor's policy. There are no subscription fees; you pay only for gifts you approve.

5. Gifts and third-party recipients

You confirm that you are entitled to provide the recipient information you enter and to arrange gifts for those people. We are not responsible for incorrect recipient details (such as a wrong address) that you provide.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and to deliver gifts on time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a particular gift will be in stock or delivered by a specific date.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the gift giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified to you, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
